Partial hospitalization is a structured mental health treatment program that lasts several hours per day for three to five days per week. During the day, clients attend scheduled treatment sessions and return home at night. The term "Partial Hospitalization Program" is denoted by the medical acronym PHP. I was inspired to use the acronym to create a brand and a new code name to positively represent the program. It's a place to get better and achieve happiness and recovery. In the US, there are over 24 million people who struggle with drug and alcohol addiction or dependence. Only 11 percent, or 2.6 million people, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), obtain the necessary treatment.
